Patek’s Shiner Smokehouse is a derivative of a family business established in 1937 in the small, Czech-German, immigrant community of Shiner, Texas.

For 76 years, the Patek family has produced high-quality, smoked, meat products for the community.

Shiner Smokehouse was founded in order to bring the legendary, Patek recipes to the broader public. Our meats are carefully prepared with time, real smoke, and superior spices. The brand was built and will continue to be built by the Patek family, in effort to share the celebrated traditions for generations to come.
